Club Background
The club’s origins come from the players and management of three Singaporean football teams: the SCC Firsts, the SCC Tigers and Singapore Wanderers FC.
The three teams, from two separate clubs, amassed a total of 56 competitive trophies, across Asia, in just 15 years.
The SCC Firsts, following an unprecedented 9 Cosmo League and Cup doubles, firmly established themselves as the most successful amateur football team in Singapore.
The SCC Tigers, whilst playing in the island-wide ESPZEN league, in Singapore, won over 14 league and cup trophies.
Created in 2006, Singapore Wanderers FC, promptly won three back to back Phuket 7s tournaments and in the process cemented a reputation as a leading touring side in South East Asia. At the same time, the club has maintained a 100% unbeaten record against every Singaporean professional team that it has competed against.
At the start of 2019, the next natural step saw a consolidation of the three teams, with the establishment of Singapore Football Club which saw to the formation of the Singapore Women’s Football Club and also our club academy.
