Singapore Football Club (SFC) has announced a new partnership with leading live scores provider Asia Sport
Asia Sport is a global sports hub that provides fans with live scores, goals, match highlights and news updates. Asia Sport covers some of the world’s leading football leagues including the English Premier League, Spain’s La Liga, Italy’s Serie A, Germany’s Bundesliga and France’s Ligue 1. Asia Sport also covers major tournaments such as the FIFA World Cup, UEFA Champions League, UEFA Europa League
The partnership comes as Singapore Football Club (SFC), prepares to play in the international HKFC Citi Soccer Sevens tournament, 26th-28th May 2023.
The HKFC Citi Soccer Sevens is an annual invitational soccer tournament organised by Hong Kong Football Club, featuring two competitions, the Main tournament and Masters tournament. The three-day football competition will take place from 26th to 28th May 2023.
Current holders Newcastle United, who won the trophy in 2019 will be returning to defend their title. Aston Villa, who previously fielded a young Jack Grealish at the tournament, will also be attending and hoping to add to their previous 6 tournament wins.
The full list of English Premier League clubs that will be participating include:
- Aston Villa
- Newcastle United
- Brighton & Hove Albion
- Leicester City
- Fulham
- West Ham United
Scottish giants Rangers will also be participating whilst regional teams such as Hong Kong’s Kitchee and Tai Po as well as Hong Kong’s Under 23s and Singapore Football Club will be competing. The tournament, hosted by Hong Kong Football Club at Happy Valley Stadium, will be taking place for the first time since the Covid-19 pandemic.
